Water based Cold Wax Medium will allow you to create similar effects and more without any solvents or heat. Powerwax can be mixed with any water based paints and clean-up is with hot water and dish soap

Learn to mix water based cold wax medium with acrylic and so many other things. Your imagination is your only limit!
