Membership, Membership renewals and Workshop registration

Immediately upon registering and payment, registrants will receive an e-mail confirmation and printable receipt documenting their registration for the Colorado Watercolor Society membership or workshop at the e-mail address they provide. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact us, as your registration or payment has not been processed on line.

Membership and membership renewals

Upon receiving the receipt for payment, all new and rejoining members have access to all the benefits and materials allowed by the policies and Bylaws of the Colorado Watercolor Society in accordance with the amount paid for the membership.

Workshops

Full payment:

Upon receiving the receipt for full payment , a participant will be signed up for the workshop. The participant will be contacted by the workshop coordinator with more information.

$50.00 deposit:

Upon receiving the receipt for payment of $50.00, a place will be held for the participant until the balance of the workshop fee is due. If the workshop is full, the refundable $50.00 deposit will hold a participants’ place on the waiting list with no guarantee for placement in the workshop. This is on a first come, first service basis. In the event of multiple registrations for on line and mail- in on one day. On line registration will take precedent over mail in registration.
