No refunds will be given for any reason for membership dues.

WORKSHOPS

CWS has the right to cancel any workshop, at any time for any reason

Participants pay a refundable $50.00 down to hold a place in the workshop or on the waiting list. Six weeks prior to the workshop the balance is due. If the balance is not received by the six week deadline, the $50.00 is returned and the participant is removed from the list.

If the participant has to cancel for any reason, the $50.00 deposit is refundable up until the six weeks deadline. After the six week period, a full refund of the total workshop fee can only be given if there is a waiting list and someone on that list pays the full amount of the workshop fees. If not, no REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE DEPOSIT OR THE BALANCE.
